Return Policy

Eligibility: All items are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

 Process:

  •   Provide your order number.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 15 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund.

International Returns

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 15 days of receipt and provide clear photos of the damaged item. We will review the photos and determine if the damage occurred during shipping. If the damage is confirmed, we will provide a refund.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Notes:

Sale items and Custom orders are typically non-returnable.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you choose a reliable shipping method with tracking.
